How do I know which adult diaper size to buy?
Measure the waist at navel level in centimetres, not body weight. Medium fits 71 to 112 cm, Large fits 112 to 155 cm, and XL/XXL fits 155 to 195 cm. If the measurement falls between sizes, choose the larger size for bedridden users and the snugger size for active users.

Should I buy tape-style diapers or pull-ups?
Choose tape style if the user is bedridden or changed by a caregiver, because tape diapers open flat and refasten on the sides. Choose pull-ups if the user walks and manages changes independently, because they wear and remove like regular underwear.

How many diapers does a bedridden patient need per day?
Typically 3 to 5 changes in 24 hours depending on fluid intake and absorbency: on waking, after meals and before sleep, plus an immediate change after every bowel movement. A monthly supply works out to roughly 100 to 150 pieces.

What is the difference between an underpad and a diaper?
A diaper is worn by the person; an underpad protects the bed or chair surface beneath them. Most home care setups use both together, especially overnight and during changes, when most accidents happen. The diaper protects the person, the underpad protects everything else.

How do I prevent diaper rash in elderly users?

What absorbency do I need for overnight use?
For overnight use choose a high-absorbency tape-style diaper in the correct size, position the leg guards upright, and add an underpad on the bed. Change immediately before sleep. Can pull-ups be worn during travel or flights?
